"What to negotiate" training

Fun and informative courses covering the whole life cycle of an asset

Our commercial training is unique in the oil and and gas industry. We have drawn upon over 450 manyears of upstream oil and gas experience to provide fun, practical advice for optimising the commercial arrangements for your asset.

We now offer our courses both "live" and online, providing flexibility that suits the new normal.

Each live course is a 1 day session and our online courses are split into 3 manageable segments. Starting at 8:30 each segment is designed to last no more than 2.5 hours to minimise the impact on the working day. With breakout rooms and virtual whiteboards participants will have the full experience of our courses.

This series of courses cover the main agreements that apply to an asset. We cover what can and cannot be negotiated. Real life examples are used, along with a number of war stories, to give participants the benefit of the presenters' experience.
